Who we are

The Deal Matrix (thedealmatrix.com) is run by Rae Arora, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with DGNY Commercial. Questions about this page or your information go to rae.arora@dgnycommercial.com or 347.230.2300.

What the forms collect

  • Contact details you type in: name, email, and where the form asks, phone, company and your role (owner, agent, and so on).
  • Property or business details on the listing forms: address, city, state and ZIP, property type, size, asking price or rent, lease terms, rent roll, business revenue and any notes you add.
  • Photos and documents you upload (images or PDFs, up to 15 MB each). They are stored in a private storage bucket, not on the public site.
  • Property evaluator: the address you enter is sent from our server to public geocoding services (ArcGIS, OpenStreetMap Photon and the U.S. Census geocoder) to find its town and county. The reading itself is computed from aggregate medians. We keep the address only if you choose to send the reading to a broker.
  • Compare-property assistant: what you type in the chat is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the comparison. If you then submit your contact details, the conversation is saved with your request.

How it is used

Submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) and emailed to our broker inbox (sent through the Resend email service) so a broker can follow up with you. Listing submissions are reviewed by a broker and are never published on this site. We do not sell your information.

Analytics

We record page views and successful form submissions in our own database. Each record carries a random session id (kept in your browser for the session), a random browser id (kept in local storage, used only to tell new visits from returning ones), the page path, the referring site (without its query string) and any utm campaign tags. We do not record your IP address in these events, and analytics never stores names, emails or phone numbers. You can clear these ids at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep submissions as long as they are useful for following up on your request. To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email rae.arora@dgnycommercial.com.
