Section 02

Median $/SF by county and asset class

Each cell is a median across every closed sale in that bucket — the same table the homepage and our CRE Market Insights newsletter print. Buildings per building SF, land per land SF. Sample sizes shown in parentheses. A dash means too few sales to publish a median for that bucket.

Methodology & sources

Every figure on this page is an aggregate — the median of every closed sale in the matching county-and-type bucket in our closed-comp data. Nassau, Suffolk & Queens County, NY only; closings since January 2025. Land is split by parcel size and measured per land square foot. Any bucket with too few sales (never fewer than 5) is shown as a dash — we do not publish a median off a handful of deals. We do not publish individual sales, addresses, sale prices, per-listing $/SF, or per-listing cap rates on this site — aggregate readings only. Data as of Oct 6, 2026 and subject to change without notice.
